








I am a student in Vancouver. I have four siblings, so naturally, I don't always get what I want. But I know it's time for change, and it starts with you.
1.
Smile. You tend to smile when you're happy. When you smile you become more happy.

Exercise. Exercise isn't just for your body. It's for your mind. It helps calm yourself.
3.
Get Plenty of sleep. When you get sleep your brain, calms down and relax.
4.
Eat with mood in mind. Your mood reflects on you.
5.
Be grateful. Notice the little things. The little things make you happy.
6.
Give complements. Studies have shown that people are more happy when they are being kind.
7.
Acknowledge the unhappy moments they will make you appreciate the happy ones.
